Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We seek to find the most affordable and dependable shipping service.
Shipment processing time:
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to carefully process your order and to hand off to delivery carrier. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
In order to guarantee delivery:
We will only ship to the address that is submitted during checkout. If your package is returned as undeliverable for any reason (incorrect address, no forwarding address, returned/refused, etc.) you will be responsible to pay additional shipping charges to resend your order to the correct address. If your package is not returned to our shop, we are not responsible for your misdirected package. If your package is returned as undeliverable for any reason (incorrect address, no forwarding address, returned/refused, etc.) and you decide not to have it reshipped, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
Thequiltersclubhouse.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

The Quilters Clubhouse LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. Please ask any questions prior to completing your purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 72 hours if the item has a manufacturer defect, or you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colors depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, etc. it is almost impossible to represent color with 100% accuracy.
